Products & Orders
We strive to describe all products accurately. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to monitor settings or lighting. Prices are displayed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if products are out of stock or due to pricing errors.
Payment
All payments must be made through our approved secure payment methods. Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay for all charges incurred by their order.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide free worldwide standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times are estimated and may vary; MBTraders.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Customers should ensure their shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 to 4 days of delivery if items are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Customized items made to your specifications cannot be returned. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. For defective items, contact us within 24 hours with order details and photos. Confirmed defective items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
