Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange any item within 3-4 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange

• A brief description of the reason (photos required if the item is defective)
For exchanges, we will confirm if the requested item/size is available. If not, a refund will be issued promptly.
Note: Customized Products made to your specific request cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-4 business days to your original payment method.
Defective Products
If your item is defective or does not match your order:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number, photos, and details about the defect
If confirmed, we will replace the product or issue a full refund.
Size & Order Issues
• Please check your Units /size/Qty carefully before ordering.
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund.
